great size for coffee at home
Previously I had bought the 34oz version of this cup, which I loved for cold drinks with lots of ice, but it was a bit big for coffee, and even with insulation, the coffee would get cold before I could drink it all.Also, the 34oz cup with the cover was too tall for my microwave but the 20oz version fits fine even with the lid on.The insulation and design keep the coffee warm for long enough, at least as long as I would like.

Good size
This is the second order I made for these. They are a perfect size. I bought them for my husband to have ice water in. He asked me to get another set because he likes them so much. He uses them every day. They keep the ice cold for most of the day. The price is right for these. My husband is a very fussy man so I was happy he was pleased with these.

Lids are difficult to use
I tried to replace my husband's existing mugs with these and it didn't work. First, the lids are hard to get on and off. Second they don't keep the coffee as hot. Third, they were not as large as his older ones which were the same size but had a bigger interior. The handles always got in the way so I need to go with no handles next time.

I don't use them in the microwave anymore
These are nice mugs, very nice-looking and a good size. I used to buy similarly sized and shaped mugs at local convenience stores, but they seem to have all switched to the smaller mugs with a narrow base. These mugs keep coffee hot for a while, but I now avoid reheating in the microwave. After I microwaved them several times, the inside walls of the mug felt rough, and i became concerned that the plastic was degrading. There are no actual breaks, so I still use them. I just don't microwave them.

Handles fall off easily.
I should have returned these as one handle was broken off when I unboxed them, the other fell off when I was washing it. They need to find a better way of attaching the handle to the cup.

Keeps my coffee hot but don't expect it to stay hot for more than 30 minutes
I use it every morning for my coffee. A very minor issue is the comfort of the handle. It could have been designed to be the same on all sides of the handle, more smoother but that is so minor. I'd buy it again.Keeps coffee pretty hot for about maybe 30 minutes and then warm for a while ( 20-30 mins ) after that.

Small plastic mugs
Had a problem with my 1st order ~ a handle was not secure, but it was returned and I was sent a new one.

These mugs require much a better inspection before shipping to buyer
I purchased a blue & black set of these mugs. One mug had a broken lid in two locations and the top of the handle was broken away from the body of the mug. The other mug appears that the handle is not attached properly and is slightly loose; which would allow it to break soon after a little use. For the price I expected much higher quality - the same as the originals. I returned these and got refunded. I would but these again if I could be assured that these manufacturing defects were under control
