These do not work. Very disappointing after reading so many good reviews. If anything I’ve slept worse taking these. I take 1 tablet before bed and I’m wide awake for hours after.

I got them a week ago and have used them twice so far. Each night was full of such restful sleep. I did wake up but I easily went back to sleep within minutes. Highly recommend!

DIDN'T WORK AT ALL.!!!

I suffer badly from depression and anxiety and with this comes a lot of overthinking and sleepless nights which has kept me up for years now I've tried all sorts of sleeping aids to help me try to get a better night's sleep from prescriptions, Magnesium Glycinate, sleep gummies and none of them have worked so I figured I'd give these a go and I was out in 20 minutes their catchphrase isn't lying lol.While they work exceptionally well and I'll more than likely order more they're so expensive hence why I've chosen to rate them a solid 4 as opposed to a 5 as £25 is quite a lot just for some supplements and I'm just not likely to stick to these especially if I find a cheaper alternative that does the same job

I'm not sure who writes these rave reviews on this product, but I have had no improvement whatsoever in my sleep. I would have been better off buying a tube of smarties. So disappointed.

Ever since I can remember I've been a poor sleeper, taking hours to get off to sleep, then waking up again after about 3 or 4 hours unable to go back to sleep. These tablets really work for me. I've never taken sleeping tablets before worried that I would feel sluggish when I woke up, however, with these tablets I wake refreshed, not the least bit drowsy. For me these tablets work.

These had a lot of good reviews at the time I purchased them, and the ingredients are well known sleep aid supplements, so I was hopeful that they would work. However they did not, at all. Took one and was awake for hours..... same each time. So I've wasted £25... Really disappointed that they didn't work.
