I found this brace to work very well for my lower lumbar back pain. It's easy to use and gives good support thus reducing the pain. It seems to be well made. I recommend it and hope it will last for years to come.

Bought this after pulling my back out. Good solid support. Not quite as comfortable as the old one I had but it is bigger and stiffer so giving better support.

This inexpensive back brace worked wonders for me. 2 years after major lumbar back surgery, I still had some difficulty with my posture and ability to spend time on my feet. This brace has proven to be be very effective for helping me stand more fully upright and to stay on my feet for a couple of hours at a time with less pain and fatigue. At the Amazon price point, this little wonder-worker is a great value.

It was great at first. Great support and pain free when using it. 6 months later the velcro stopped holding and the support bars/rods started popping out. They are glued to the belt and the glue started peeling I'm missing rods now. I would recommend this if for light use but not for long term use. It will eventually fall apart on you.
