Good protein and fiber source
First, these pouches are 8 ounces, which the product photos clearly show (but the Amazon description says 8.5 ounces - that's wrong). The four flavors are an interesting mix. I tried the strawberry first and then the lemon limelight. There is an off taste and I'm not sure if it's the coconut or a combo of that and the whey protein. I like that each serving has protein and fiber, and a reasonable amount of potassium. An 8-ounce pouch is enough for an adult. I guess I come from the generation before everyone drank mega-super-giga sized sodas. Honestly I wouldn't want more than 8 ounces of these in one serving. Maybe two a day if I were hiking or doing yard work and sweating up a storm, but not in one go.My husband works in construction and has been taking these to work. He likes the flavors. I'm a bit on the fence about them. But I'm sitting here with a lemon limelight pouch and thinking to myself "you're getting some decent nutrition." Can't beat that, I guess.

These are pretty good.
I enjoyed all of the flavors, they do all have in common that they are made with coconut cream so there's a bit of a coconutty taste, which I like. I realize that they are a protein drink, there is a little bit of an aftertaste, I can't think of a more appropriate word, but it's kind of more like a feeling in your mouth that you usually get from protein powders and shakes. I can't really complain about anything, but I gave them 4 stars just because I could imagine them being better. They are a little small for the price, the flavors are unique and have clever names, and even though I shook them well, I did find a few chewy clumps of something in there, but they did taste very good. Thanks for letting me try them out.

They taste good, but it's not filling
I would say if you are looking or a good snack or drink on the go, these taste pretty good along with the flavor and chunks of fruit in each pouch. Although the warning is that I didn't feel much fuller after finishing these on several occasional (if you're a child maybe you'll feel more full). It reminded me of drinking apple sauce from the pouches.I enjoy how each of these is sealed and easy to carry around for on the go if you just need some substance to get you through the day. I would say flavor for the most part is consistent with the fruit on the packaging for each container as their are small bit sized bits you can suck out of the pouches. The texture is pretty creamy due to the coconut cream. Overall I enjoyed drinking these up, but if you're looking to have meal replacement this will not be it.

Delicious but wish the pouches were larger
I used to love to make smoothies every morning with all sorts of fruit and yogurt. But I don’t always have the time now, even though I still want them. This seemed like a great idea! The smoothie is already ready to go, AND it is rather healthy! Just open and drink. Perfect. The flavors are quite good - I love the strawberry the best. The flavor is strong and delicious and not too sweet, which is perfect for a nice healthy snack. They also have little chunks of something in there, to add the effect of having made the smoothie myself. However, I just feel like there isn’t much in each pouch. It’s like a mini snack.

Toddler Likes them
I use these as snacks for my 6 year old and 3 year old. My 3 year old loves them. My 6 year old says he doesn't really like them (he doesn't love coconut) but he'll drink them. They both don't bug for more food/snacks after they drink these, so I would say they're effectively filling for kids.Adult wise, I am not a huge fan. They aren't super filling and have too many ingredients that irritate my IBS prone gut.

smoothie that kids actually like
The thoughtfully designed pouch of Gnubees’ healthy protein smoothie holds significant appeal, particularly for kids who might not otherwise show interest in smoothies. However, the ultimate measure of success for a kids’ product is taste, and in this aspect, Gnubees’ offering shines. This unique protein smoothie deviates from the norm in terms of both taste and texture, garnering not just my appreciation but also that of my child. The assortment of flavors in the variety pack, totaling four, each possesses a distinct character that’s utterly delightful. Despite their individuality, all flavors manage to captivate the taste buds with their superbly delicious profiles. The consistency, while not as thick as traditional smoothies, isn’t entirely watery either. It resembles a rich, slightly thickened juice, retaining the essence of a genuine smoothie, enriched with quality, healthful ingredients and a substantial 8 grams of protein in an 8 fl oz pouch. On the whole, I’m genuinely impressed with this user-friendly, gulp-worthy smoothie hailing from Canada. While the 8 oz serving might fall short for certain adults, it’s an ideal portion size for youngsters. Coupled with the exceptional flavors, this offering proves to be a valuable snack option and a nutritious smoothie, all priced at under $3 per pouch.

They're OK, Decent Taste, Moderately Sweet, Not Filling At All
I don't really see the need for these. They taste fairly good and are moderately sweet, maybe even a bit more than moderately sweet depending on your preference. The flavors taste about how you would expect from the flavors shown on the packaging. It seems like an awful lot of packaging for the 8 or so ounces of product in each pouch. After consuming one of these things it doesn't feel like you've consumed anything. You get 12 of these for around $35 right now. That's not an outrageous price, about $3.00 each. For $3.00 you could probably get a pint of blueberries or a package of strawberries. You could get one of those Bolthouse fruit smoothies in the grocery store too. These are easy to store and easy to pack. You can throw them in a purse or backpack not not worry about them coming open. Each one is only 120 calories. They aren't filling at all.I suppose these may appeal to some people and while I though the taste was fairly good, it just doesn't seem like anything I would want to buy. There are too many other options that I'd rather eat or drink and I just didn't feel like I consumed anything when I drank these.
