On a diet and cleanse. I wanted to try it and it did a great job of helping me clench. It is easy to use and do it right. Not sure how helpful it was but I feel better and healthier .

Soft and easy to use. I use packs weekly and these are versatile with sizes. But they do leak and don’t wash well.

The waist pad is a good size. But straps with button holes As? Really? I can't attach these and my wife isn't always available. I assumed there would be velcro and wouldn't have bought this had I known.As for the round pads, I assume they're for knees or elbows. I can't say because there's no way to attach them and no instructions with it.

Because of the thickness I believe the material is absorbing all the caster oil and not my skin. I have put wax paper against the fabric and doused a clean handkerchief with caster oil again my skin. I love how the pad keep everything in place and nothing moves through the night. Turned out perfect!

This set of castor oil packs is very similar to many other castor oil packs I have tried. The style is the same, but the black color is different from the typical light tan color. I like it. It looks nice and classy. The fabric is soft and it absorbs the oil well They are easy to use and fit to size using the elastic straps and buttons. The circles for the breast area are large , which is good so that a large area can be covered and they can fit all sizes if placed inside of a sports bra. It’s nice that so many pieces are included. Just get your favorite castor oil and you’re good to go.

The buttons are teeny tiny and it takes dozens of tries to get them to button. yuck. Why did they ruin an other wise nice product?
