This fountain was adorable and I like how quiet the pump is! Pretty easy to set up and is pretty soothing!

The back piece immediately slid off and broke on our tile floor. Then when we got it turned on and filled it with water we realized the water pump is so loud that you can’t even hear the water trickling/flowing. It’s not a relaxing sound.

Some of the reviews talk about its difficulties.YES. It is a little difficult to set up because it can be tricky to turn the pump unit so that it will fit in the hole into the basin, but it can be done.YES. After about three weeks, I to had trouble with the water flow. I added some water and it didn't help. I dumped all the water out to check the hose and saw some sludge on the hose and on the top drain. I took the motor out and disconnected the hose and blew the sludge out of the hose and scrubbed the top drain with a brush to get the sludge out. Put it back together and it seemed to work. About a week later, I did it again. Dumped the water and blew out the hose, scrubbed the top, rinsed out the bowl. Put it back together and it was still just a trickle. On a whim, I poured some bleach into outer bowl and the next day it was gushing at full speed. And it's been going strong for two months and it is like my best friend who greets me each day.So I recommend that anyone who purchases this to take out ALL of the packing material, scrub the bowls inside and out the best you can, and the top drain AND put a little bleach in the water for the first few days or so.

I keep emptying it and cleaning it which is not easy the space in the back is very hard to get to so it’s hard to keep clean but it works well when it is clean it’s very quite so if your looking for the water sound this is not it

Product works, looks like what’s in the picture, but man the set up to get this thing working was anything but easy. Oh yeah, there’s no instructions included either! I had to get to the point of going thru the process of returning this to find “troubleshooting” tips that weren’t even for this exact model..Some people were saying just pour water and plug in, that was not the case at all for me…The motor (small box with suction) was inside the fountain. The hose had to be manually connected to that AND the motor had to be turned on via switch in order for it to pump the water. The hole in the back to navigate this is laughably and ridiculously small and the build of the fountain from the inside made it near impossible to get this motor out/in.I had to reach inside and play Tetris with this thing to pull out the motor. My hands were scraped up from this point already.The motor doesn’t go back in if it’s plugged into the hose from the outside, so I had to figure out a way to plug the hose into the motor from the inside of the fountain…Not ideal whatsoever. I’m happy it finally worked because I was about to say forget it and return it. I hope no one else has this experience, but posting in case someone is as perplexed and frustrated as I was.

The media could not be loaded.  Great price. Pretty quiet. Make sure to fill it up with plenty of water. This way it will make water fall sounds louder. If the motor starts getting louder after a while of use, it's probably because the water level is getting low. Just add more water and it should be good to go. Over all, love it. Most definitely getting it for my loved ones.

I got one to give as a gift for Christmas & it was cracked. So I got another one to replace it & it’s cracked!!! Except this time I put water in it & it did fine for the day but at some point during the night it leaked all over the table. For the short period of time it worked it was beautiful & the sound of the water fall was relaxing. But nope…, just not a well made product.

The fountain is cute. It worked great for about 6 months. The light stopped changing. When I checked it out, I noticed that the wire to the light started fraying. I never move the fountain, so I’m not sure how it could have frayed. I can’t use the fountain now because the frayed wire electrifies the water.
