I already have ONE set but they are at school. I wanted another set for my home business so I was not dragging my one set back and forth. These are perfect and as long as someone who is trained in measuring BF % is using them then you are good to go :)C

This is less accurate than the Enivifit scale I ordered at the same time, but I wanted to try different methods for measuring body fat %. However, this is well built caliper and easy to use. Best if you have a partner to take the additional measures on arms, back, etc. It's old school technology but does the trick. I will keep it but probably will rely on my new scale for tracking.

Good product. Easy to read measurements and nice little chart and booklet came with it. Happy with purchase. Shipping did take ages to Ireland but it came within estimated time.

While this caliper is accurate and well made, it's not easily used by an individual. If you are a trainer working with clients, or have a workout partner to help with the measurement it would be better. But, it doesn't click like other calipers, so you only see the measurement while you're actively pinching the skin.

Works perfectly. However after using the reccomended equations to calculate body fat percentage I was not happy with the resulting numbers. I found my body fat percentage to be much higher than I would like. I am hoping that subsequent reading over the next few months will be more in line with my goals.

Fairly easy to use, but a number of measurements have to be taken along with calculating.
