Good value for money. looks great and functions well.

The features are good. Serves the purpose. Working well with WiFi enabled App. Can remotely know who opened the lock, at what time and in which way. Also, can open the lock remotely if someone presses the bell on the lock. Can also give OTP to unregistered user to open the lock at a particular time, either only once or multiple times. However, you need to have a WiFi in your premises, and near to the lock, to get all the functions.On the downside, no operating manual is provided either in print mode alongwith the lock or even later in .pdf mode. No proper teaching videos are available.To activate the wifi in the lock, you need to first enter admin mode by pressing " *#passcode# " and press 40#Now this information is nowhere to be found for future reference.I have purchased X32 and X112 model also and both of them have certain issues which are not yet resolved. X-112 model WiFi is not operating. And X32 model's WiFi module in app is not synchronised with the Bluetooth module. Also, again, no information was provided how to activate WiFi in the lock. Plus the Operating Guide provided for X32 has absolutely pathetic, non understable english. X112 didn't come with any operating manual at all. And none is available online for the both.

Have been using this lock for the past 1 month now and it is suffice to say that it works perfectly well. Battery life is long and has to be charged twice a month. Face verifications works well also the fingerprint verification works good. It is a good value for money. Face recognition feature of my product was not working initially, then got in touch with the customer service and they were very helpful and they replaced lock quickly. Now all the features are perfect. This product is good value for money.

The lock works great and provides peace of mind without the need for a key. It functions seamlessly with both PIN and fingerprint access, so there's no hassle of carrying keys. Additionally, it sends notifications to the app and is very user-friendly to configure. Installation guy was good.
