Good little router being used for my security system

I brought this to enable me to connect to my network a small computing device that only has ethernet in a room that has no ethernet routers or cables. It works fine until either I try to transfer large files to the device from my PC or it has been running a while even with no traffic. It just freezes mid transfer of the file being copied. Sometimes I get lucky and get to transfer the whole file but it usually requires me to go into the room and switch it off and on again! This makes it redundant for that one purpose as I may as well just go to the room anyway and grab the SD card out of the device and transfer the files direct on my PC! So much for saving time using the network to do the transfer! At least it works OK for the 2nd purpose of allowing the device to update itself over the internet.

I had been stressing over the wireing for my tv as I hate cables exposed, but this was fantastic. I run by sports hD and even dynamic movies weren’t affected. Great little tool
