Works well for me.
Amazon is well-stocked with reviews of a range of shark-fin antennae, some which are purely cosmetic, others, like this one, do act as an aerial. Yes, there has a been a drop in signal strength, however, I rarely use the radio, but when I do, it's to listen to local stations, so the reduction in sensitivity is not a problem for me. Some people have noted that theirs detached from the vehicle roof - mine has not, and I do a lot of motorway driving. The instructions are clear about cleaning thoroughly the roof area around the existing antenna and it should be noted that the shark-fin has a flat face on its base, so will not adhere properly to a roof with a curve - that all said, the 3M foam double-sided will allow for a small curvature (mine fits well on 2012 Citroen C4).Edit: Although clearly stated that this is only for AM/FM radio, I've just fitted another to a 2016 Citroen C4 with a DAB receiver. Given that the DAB still works fine, I can only assume that the 2016 Citroen C4 does not use the roof antenna.

Not fully functional
This is not fully functional. No matter where i am it doesn't pick up radio stations and if it does it will be poor quality. Contacted buyer and never got a response.

I dont recomand it
The material is alright but the product isnt great... the tape is not holding properly strongand, its pretty light to remove wich isnt to great... and few chanels are not working anymore
