The major decision the potential buyer needs to make is whether or not a shredded memory foam pillow is for them. If the answer is yes, then I can heartily endorse this product. When you compare this offering (in my case, two king size pillows for fifty bucks and change, pre-tax) to other major manufacturers, this is one of the most generous offerings available.Though at this early date I can't yet comment on durability, the outer, removable pillowcase appears very nicely made, including the nylon zipper, which operates smoothly thus far. The shredded memory foam is fresh and clean, without any visible contaminants. One of course will need to allow the foam to " air out", so that the inherent synthetic odor dissipates.What sets this pillow apart from the competition , in my opinion, is the exceedingly generous amount of shredded memory foam supplied, coupled with the ability to open the inner case and add or remove memory foam as desired. After allowing a few hours of time for expansion, it becomes evident that each pillow has arrived "stuffed to the gills" with shredded memory foam. There is, in addition, an extra bag of supplemental memory foam sent with each pillow.The option to add or remove memory foam is exceedingly important, because different people will require different degrees of loft, to supply a particular degree of support and positioning of head and cervical spine, for maximum comfort.As an example, in my own case, I have historically used a very thin, very hard pillow, because of a propensity for bulging cervical disks and consequent nerve root irritation. Particularly when lying supine (on my back), thick puffy pillows have historically elevated my head excessively, causing a flattening of the normal lordotic curve of the cervical spine, resulting in nerve root irritation, and next-day neck and shoulder pain. However, although a hard thin pillow has been helpful for me in that regard, it has been somewhat uncomfortable otherwise.I initially tried the pillow as delivered, filled to the brim with memory foam. Although very plush and initially comfortable, it had the aforementioned adverse effect on my head/neck position, with resulting pain in my neck. After removing a significant amount of shredded memory foam, I was able to shape the pillow for the exact configuration I needed (in my case, a prominent "pocket" of memory foam right beneath my neck, with a much thinner amount behind my head).As mentioned in my opening sentence above, the first decision to be made is whether or not a shredded memory foam pillow is right for you. If it is, then you will find an enormous latitude in ability to personalize this particular pillow, which I highly recommend.

I've waited a few days since receiving my pillows to write a review, although I can't say that my opinion has changed since receiving them. These pillows are absolutely hands-down unbelievable.I am picky with pillows. I hate flat pillows for the neckache that I get the next day. I despise fluffy, soft pillows (hotel pillows in particular) for the way they sink down and become flat when your head is on them. I need something that is soft but won't collapse - something with a structure inside that provides support. In the past I have used polyurethane foam pillows because they helped with the support aspect. However, my beloved pillow was ruined recently by washing it, and I've had to double up on pillows every night just to be comfortable.When I opened the box this morning, I was a little dumbstruck. The two pillows arrived wrapped in tight rolls that, upon opening them, looked like pancakes. However, upon lying them out flat, I noticed that they immediately began to puff up. I checked periodically on them throughout the day, fluffing them every so often in my impatience. I know I should have waited another 24 hours or so before I slept on them but by the time it was time for bed, they looked positively perfect, and I was tired of crappy pillows.I put my head down and was very surprised. It feels like polyurethane foam with a little extra fluff. I debated on doubling up on them - what if they went flat? What if they lose their fluff? - but decided against it and stuck with one pillow and went to sleep.I never needed the second pillow. It's the perfect height, perfect tension, and perfect fluffiness. I made the right purchase with these. Finally I can be at ease. My research paid off. I am happy, well-rested, and I have no complaints.** Edit **Almost 11 months later and these bad boys are still plenty fluffy. Over time they'll kind of stay smushed in your normal head spot, so to combat this I usually smack them around to re-fluff when I wash my pillow cases, and that is enough to get these to perk back up. No problems here.**edit **2 years since my purchase of these pillows and they still rock. They still have support and they still hold up very well. Like I mentioned before, they will sort of start mushing to your normal head spot, but if you give them a little smack and fluff, they're right back to how they should be. I sleep alone so I only use one at a time, and I rotate them out every time I wash my bedding to lessen the wear on each pillow (I'm weird), but I doubt it would matter if I didn't rotate them. I'm at the point now where I'm the weirdo who has to bring their pillows with them every time they sleep somewhere else because all the other pillows on earth seem to suck in comparison to these. Still one of my top 10 favorite buys on Amazon.

I just moved and needed more pillows. I decided to go with this brand, and I'm honestly really happy with it. I like my pillows firm, and it remains firm even after sleeping on it a while. There is also additional memory foam provided if the pillow is not full enough for your taste.I saw reviews commenting on the smell - it does have a funny smell. The seller is clear in stating that, however, and frankly it isn't bad enough for me to dislike the product. I've had them for a couple of weeks and the smell is still relatively present but not as overwhelming as other memory foam pillows.A queen-sized pillow case does not fit comfortably on the pillow; I'd suggest moving up a size as the pillow is pretty chunky. Overall, great product! I'm happy with it.

As someone whose very picky about pillows, this is the best one ever. I personally hate those pillows that look full but when you lay on them they turn to a pancake. Or the pillows that are itchy filled with feathers, or the ones that have the stuffing that keeps moving around. This pillow doesn’t do any of that, it’s nice and firm, but adjustable to your needs, it also is very soft, comfortable, I really like that you can move the case to clean it, and the stuffing is in a separate zipped bag. I’ve slept like a baby since I got this!

After buying a new king bed I was searching Amazon for awhile to find the perfect king sized pillows. I wanted something firm but also soft and squishy. These pillows blow me out of the water. For the price, the quality is insane. They are firm and hold a great shape, but are moldable and shape to your body. I absolutely love them and the extra filling is wicked nice. Love these would recommend these 110%. You won’t be disappointed!!

These are great, have been using them for the past few months and love it!I was not sure if it was going to be good or if my neck would like it.My partner and I ordered these and I like that it has 2 protective cases, they send you extra foam if you need to replace it. I took a bunch out to find the perfect balance for me and extra night I flip the pillow and its been a comfortable sleep for months.Highly recommend

Very unimpressed with the added labor required to decompress the hard packed shredded foam

After airing for 2 days, the initial chemical smell was gone and the pillows were fluffy and soft, very comfy. But less than 3 weeks later, my pillow started feeling flat and lumpy... so I reached out via the email address that came with the box. To my surprise, customer service was very responsive and amicable and they’ve gone out of their way to make good on their product. Thank you!
