I thought I'd try this brand since my go to brand Anthony's was out of stock. Big mistake! This bag is labelled as cassava flour, but is most definitely not! It is tapioca starch! This company needs to get educated on the difference between cassava flour and tapioca starch! I should have read others reviews as this same issue has happened to many others so it is not just a product packaging mistake! Don't buy this crap! If I could have omitted a star I would have. This deceptive product deserves zero stars!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I tried to make cassava flour tortillas with the 5 leading products on Amazon, and all of them came out fine except Farmer’s Way. It was impossible to make the dough. From beginning to end, the consistency, color, texture and everything else you can think of were completely different. Do not buy!! Worst of all, you CAN’T return it!! This is a scam!!!

Absolutely the worst cassava flour I ever purchased. More like a corn starch then other brands. Complete failure to use in making tortillas.

This flour acted more like tapioca when first measured into the bowl, then it acted like NOTHING I have ever cooked with! It is frightening that sellers can package anything and slap a label on it. Don't waste your money!!!!

Great for lectin free diet.

Used it for a recipe for my dad who is gluten free. Cookies turned out great.

Flour was delivered promptly (prime member). It's flour. . Not quite sure what to say, but it made excellent Brazilian cheese balls!
