Having used various pain patches, I was pleased to discover this one was safer than most for sensitive skin. Worn all day (10 + hours) on both knees- kept my knees from buckling pain while working. The smell is slightly noticeable if you are also sensitive to fragrance/spicy scents. (I cut ✂️ one in half and used it for my thumb/carpal tunnel pain and saved the other half for later. I noticed a strange smell and later realized it was the pain patch. Easy fix, just seal it in a plastic bag - all good.)Bonus benefit is the peel-off pre-cut backing! That makes it so much easier to apply without the dreaded "stick-on-itself" problem most others have. Overall, very good product and sensitive skin friendly.

The patches work easy to use and definitely alleviates most of the pain great value for the money.

The patch worked ok but the smell is definitely not what I expected.

I was looking for knee patches to replace a favorite brand that was no longer available. I choose this brand based on the ingredients listed. However the ingredients list appears to be inaccurate, as the patch contains an ingredient not listed that has a strong, horrible, off-putting aroma that does not dissipate and makes the patches unusable. Very disappointed.

I have very bad pain in my knees. I have a meniscus tear in one of them and I was skeptical about these patches, because I didn't think they would work for that particular knee. I am very happy to say that I was wrong. I can get up out of my bed or from sitting down on a chair, without pain. I will be purchasing more just to have them forever. They work people, go ahead and purchase them. Maybe it's the menthol that's in it. I don't know, but whatever it is, it works for me. I'm definitely not sorry that I bought them. They are extremely comfortable too. I forgot to say it is also waterproof. I take my shower when I have it on my knees and it didn't come off. It stayed. I love that.

I really like the smell and it does take the pain away. It’s really good for your knee.

Instant pai. Relief. Have some to friends do try & they loved them too. Smells horrible but worth it.
