Wanted to show you how we used it as a gazebo. We couldn’t find a hard top large enough for our new deck. And we just love this. Even added a gutter and fans. We basically live outdoors now. We just love it. We got used to the cedar smell but others still remark about it. And the customer service was amazing. We had to call about parts and a live person actually answered the phone! Best company to work with! And best cover for our deck! Ty!

This is our second order from Backyard Discovery and we’re super excited for this car port. We previously ordered the dog kennel and were so impressed with the quality andthe heavy duty-ness of everything, that we ordered this as well.We have a tiny house that we built on a small vacation property, and we are going to love storing our off road toys under here to help save them from the weather, but also all the acorns and leaves our trees drop everywhere.I know this is going to be another amazing get from Backyard Discovery. Everything from the great smelling cedar, to the well thought out instructions, to the high quality hardware are top notch. Well made, thorough directions, just go page to page, goes together quickly if you have a second set of hands for support.Made it through high winds and snow fall with 2 feet on the roof this winter. Run off as snow melts is good. Strong, sturdy construction. Some spots where water can drip through the roof seams but very few spots. Highly recommend this carport. Nice looking.

I received this pergola the end of April. Took me about 2 weeks to complete it. After running into the same problem as the other review it added work but got it done. Now, since then every time it rains, I mark the spots where it is leaking. The rubber washers do not keep the water from getting in. I check the screws and the rubber is either broken or the screws have lifted out of the wood. I am now putting flashing sealant around the bolts to try and keep the water out. Next step is replacing all bolts with something different Such a frustrating experience! I have called the customer service line on 2 different occasions and I’m still waiting for the “engineers “ to get back to me! It’s a nice product for my backyard but do not use the screws you are given.

Build quality and easy assembly. Went together well and all hardware is included with detailed instructions. Turned out very nice and will be great for extra storage!

Really great product. My husband, my son , and I assembled this in four days.everything fit together perfectly didn't have to make a single cut or drill a single hole!All parts were numbered correctly All documentation was in perfect English, which is refreshing these days

Several pieces of the wood is warped, it took longer than anticipated to put together because we had to use clamps to hold wood together. You don't notice how warped the wood is until you put it together by then you want to just finish but you can see the pieces that are warped. No Bueno :(

It is not a bad unit just that the pre drilled holes and directions are a bit off. Cedar post are hollow
