This bike is so awesome. Easy to set up and has everything you could possibly need to ride all the trails and roads you want. Smooth. Big. Quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better bike ! And the color looks survival ready! Battery last a long time. Gains speed very quick. Battery key locks the battery in place so it doesn’t fall. Even came a week and a half early. Everything worked perfectly. Def stands out compared to most I see!

The media could not be loaded. The spike was very well packaged great detail and packaging. Instructions are always OK but I’m familiar with bicycles and how they work so this was easy to put together. Just had to remember using an extra washer on the front fork on the brake side so it doesn’t rub against the fork and the caliber won’t rub against the center hub Otherwise the bike is great. Charge time is flowers. I just got back in 100° heat at Halls ass sometimes kind of scary fast but feels stable and beefy with a big Tires and the way the bike feels safe excellent lighting, turn signals and the shocks are perfect , I’m taking it out tonight to see how but so far five stars and then I am very happy

It’s a pretty nice bike and it’s really sturdy haven’t had any issues at all but the battery does tend to drain a bit fast but not too much it hold a decent amount of weight on the back rack as well so I’d say it was worth the price only thing is I had the seat switched for a wider one and had to cut the pipe to lower the seat fully down because it was a bit to tall

This is a great bike and it handles very well in all weather conditions, even snow. Assembly was shockingly simple and it's very well made. The big tires add to the smooth ride.The seller is wonderful. We had a small issue with a part and they not only responded fast to my message for help but they sent us a new part immediately at no charge. I would definitely recommend both the bike and them.

Okay so this bike is BIG. That being said, it’s easy to assemble and ride, it handles like most other mountain bikes. Definitely not lacking in power! I live in a mountain town and this bike is a game changer, steep hills that I could never ride up aren’t even a challenge anymore! The 2-wheel drive is different in a good way and takes hardly any time to get used to. I did have an issue where the kickstand broke, I reached out to the seller via Amazon, and you couldn’t ask for better customer service! They replied nearly instantly and were more than happy to send me a replacement part right away, and free of charge! They also provided tracking information and the part was here in a week! Everything else on the bike seems to be of high quality! Definitely recommend.

Nice looking and looks like we'll built bike but ours had electronic issues from the start. One good thing the sellers were very good to work with and responded back to my issues everyday as I sent messages. They really tried to help resolve the issues but I returned it for a different bike. They accepted my return with no problems and I would award them for customer service. I was just unlucky and I'm sure this doesn't happen often.

I cant speak highly about this bike. Purchased it for my fifteen year old boy (6 ft 1 inch long, 145 lbs) and its perfect. He loves the speed, has gotten up to 35mph on flat concrete streets. He probably rides it about 10- 15 miles a day and charges it every fourth day I would say. I read a lot of reviews between all kinds of e-bikes and I definitely made the right choice. Took us about an hour to assemble. Dont hesitate and purchase it!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but after a month of back-and-forth with this company and still not being able to ride the bike, I feel compelled to warn others. To start, the bike might be great – I wouldn’t know because I haven’t been able to ride it yet, and it looks like I won’t for at least another month.The first surprise was realizing that the company is still using an older battery and battery holder style, the one with the fins instead of the more modern plug connection. I’ve owned a few E-bikes, and this connection is from 2019, which means I can’t even use my existing battery as a backup. I assumed I could use my current E-bike's battery as a second, but no luck. The charger is also outdated – it takes longer to charge and is very cheap, without a fan to cool it down (even though I was told the version I received was the “updated” model). And no USB port on the battery, which seems like a basic feature on most modern E-bike batteries and could be useful on long rides.The battery issues are partially my fault for not asking more questions before buying, but things really started to go downhill when I tried to assemble the bike. The instructions for the front wheel weren’t even for this bike. When I reached out to customer support, they said I had the “upgraded” fork, and that the instructions (both printed and in the video) were outdated. The fork itself is supposed to lock, but it doesn’t – despite the fact that I’ve adjusted it and tried the lockout mechanism on the right side. It just doesn’t work.Now, for the front motor – when I was building the bike and had it on a stand, I noticed an odd sound coming from the front motor and that the brake wouldn’t adjust properly. After sending videos, they told me I wasn’t adjusting the brake right, so I sent another video. Then they admitted the brake was warped and promised to send me a new one. But when I removed the brake, the sound from the motor was still there. They suggested sending me a "motor core" to fix it, instead of sending me a full front wheel assembly, they expect me to fix it myself. And if I don’t want to do that, I’m supposed to take it to a bike shop, which won’t be able to look at it for over a month. Yes, they said they’d reimburse me for the shop visit, but this entire situation has just been frustrating.I’ve had so many email exchanges with the company because I really thought this bike had potential, but the lack of support and willingness to stand by the product is disappointing. At this point, I’m still waiting for the parts I need, and I have zero confidence that this bike will live up to expectations.If and when the bike is up and running I might come back and update this, that will probably be sometimes in June the way things are going.
