Q: Is it possible to purchase a replacement straw?

We do not have a replacement straw available for repurchase at this time.

Q: Is the flow fast when sucked on ? Looking for babies first sippy cup

In my opinion, no. My baby is still not able to get anything out, but has other cups he loves and has been using since like 6 months. He’s 1 now.

Q: does weighted bottom on straw come off to clean?

While the weighted bottom can be removed, we do not recommend doing that as you can easily clean it without removing it.

Q: Is there supposed to be something at the bottom of the straw that goes in the weight to make it non spillable? Ours pours liquid out non stop

If you are experiencing leaking from the hole at the top of the lid, please follow the below instructions: 1. Install the straw into the lid by pulling the straw through the lid until you hear the straw snap into place 2. From the underside of the lid, rotate the straw until the straw's tab is positioned directly over the hole in the lid 3. Push that tab upwards into the lid and over the lid's hold to lock the straw into place and prevent leaking 4. Install the handles on the bottle so that the cutouts fit over the ridges of the bottle 5. Fill the cup with liquid before screwing the lid on the bottle and make sure that the dot on the lid/handles is aligned with the pill shape line on the bottle/handles
