Just the product I needed
One of the best product I have purchased for making Appam. Just remember to add little salt as per your taste, so make one and adjust accordingly.

Waste of money.
No good..i tried aappam..came out ok product..nothing else could be tried..as all i tried went waste..tasteless..i think it s only raw rice flour..no trace of blackgram n fennugreek..which made it useless.

Not worth it
The appams never came out soft, better try some other brand. It seems to be export rejected item they are selling on amazon India. Name is brahmin and filled with urdu writings on the package.

A good and quick mix for appams
Made very good Appam with the flour and that too without hours of preparation! A good flour to keep in the pantry for a quick easy way to make Appam! Need to put just a teaspoon of yeast to make them more fluffy!
