Great backpack for travel and school
I got this backpack at the start of fall semester and I love it! It has held up very well! I was a little concerned about the top handle's seam ripping but so far it has withstood usage. It also comes with a replacement zipper pull tabFor travel:The backpack fits under a seat on an airplane great and even has some extra space on the sides for a smaller purse sized bag. The side front pockets are so nice and have interior pockets that are sewn in in a way that allows you to access these pockets easily while walking with the backpack flipped around on the front of the body. There is a very nicely hidden pocket under the strap to secure it to a rolling bag that is perfect for hiding a wallet, passport, or other important items. The laptop sleeve is nicely cushioned for travel, but also has enough space in that pocket for you to have an additional padded sleeve if you want it. It also comes with a removable cord to attach a battery pack for charging electronics, I found it easy to remove but I have yet to try and reconnect it.For School/Work:This bag is comfortable for me to wear, I am 5 feet 4 inches and it sits very nicely on my back so that I find it comfortable to wear while walking across campus. The bag is a great size to attend classes, there is enough room for my laptop, over ear headphones, an agenda, standard notebook and I can fit a small lunch. However, it is pretty maxed out at that point so if you carry around more than that, this bag wouldn't work.

Zipper pulled apart immediately
I took this brand new backpack to Italy and the large zipper closest to the shoulder straps failed right away. No matter how little or how much I put in that pocket, the zipper would pull apart exposing everything in that pocket. I hauled it all over Italy planning to return it when I got back home, but it was a long trip so my one month window to return it has closed. Ironically, I had bought this backpack to replace another that I thought might not be sturdy enough for the trip.

Room for most everything
Just returned from a CLT to New Zealand trip! I bought this backpack for this trip! I filled it to the brim and it never felt heavy. The main 2 spaces fit I-pad pro, Bose headphones, daytimer kindle, extra shirt & undies, and all liquids needed!I would give it a negative the actual bottle holder is too small for my reusable water bottle!

Flawed zipper
I absolutely love this backpack. I teach and has all the pockets for everything I need and more. I've even used it as my only luggage, a carry on, for a weekend trip. There is absolutely nothing I would change about it. Unfortunately, mine has a flawed zipper. I noticed it not long after I purchased it, but I didn't want to do without it, since I carry it to and from work everyday. I was able to "fix" the zipper and zip it back up, but now it wants to come apart every other day. I can usually get it to zip back but it takes a little time to mess with the teeth of the zipper and slide the zipper pull back and forth. It's a little time consuming and frustrating.

Carries a lot of stuff
Ordered this backpack to use for day trips where I fly to a city, walk around, and come home. Recently, I started a thing where every weekend I hop on a $40 roundtrip flight to a random city, walk around, and come home. This backpack has become my travel companion for these very short trips. As I am required by work to have a laptop accessible (on-call IT Dept) to fix any issues, I can easily put my laptop into this backpack along with snacks and get on the plane. This backpack fits as my personal item on the green airline I have been flying.Overall, this is a very nice backpack to travel with.

Lots of pockets and storage space
I've been using this backpack as my daily computer bag for nearly three months now and I'm very satisfied with it. Overall, it is lightweight, easy to wear on the shoulders, and has plenty of storage space for electronic devices and accessories. There are two main compartments with one specifically for a laptop. Two outside side pockets have additional pockets to store charging plugs and cables. One thing this backpack has that all backpacks should have is a keyring keeper. This is great for securing car and house keys and being able to find them relatively quick. So far this bag has been very durable and reliable, and I plan on continuing to use it. I'm very happy with the layout of the bag and there's plenty of room to store all the things I need for my day-to-day use at the office.

Busted zipper on trip abroad
I was loving this back. Great pockets and many ways to store items in your backpack. I took it on a 12 days travel trip to Japan and boom - zipper continued to bust open. Not once but over 6 times. I was done. I emptied the bag and here it sits in the corner of the hotel. I’m not a happy person!

Excellet stylish lightweight backpack
This is a very nice backpack. I use this for my daily commute to work. It easily fits my 15" laptop and an iPad Pro 12.9". It comes with a water proof pouch on the inside, which is a very nice addition that you don't see in many backpacks. The front has 2 vertical zipper pockets instead of the smaller horizontal pockets. The material is a jean like fabric that looks very modern. The straps are quite comfortable and there is a water bottle pocket on the side that fits a 18-20 oz bottle. Overall, I really like this backpack and it will be my daily commute bag going forward, If I were to travel, I would probably take a slightly larger backpack since it cannot accomodate too much more than the essentials.
