The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased Pure Himalayan Shilajit Oil on Amazon, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly easy to use as it dissolves effortlessly in tea or water. The taste is mild and pleasant, which was a nice surprise. Most importantly, I've noticed a significant boost in my stamina and physical performance since I started using it. What sets it apart is the convenient liquid drop form, which is a welcome change from the capsules and powders I've used in the past. it mixes with liquids well and you can get use to the taste of it after a few drinks but after this bottle i feel i will use the pills version but its not bad for a purchase to mix in and use

nice tasting flavor, easy to take. absorbs quickly in water. not bitter. Good consistency.

Honestly, I have no idea where to start with a review of this product. Other reviews say it tastes bad, but I followed the instructions of 3 drops in lukewarm water. It was thick coming out of the bottle, kind of like molasses, but it dissolved without any issue and tasted like drinking warm water. As for the advertised vitalizing effects, I'll have to do an update on that one. I have a crazy schedule and 3 kids. So, being permanently sleep-deprived, who can say if it will help with energy levels?

It is a substance that contains more than 80 different minerals, as well as Fulvic acid and Humic acid, all of which benefit the body in some ways, touted here by the manufacturer it helps with Stamina and Physical performance and other benefits, and there are studies that back this claim. Do your research and see if this product can help you with those claims.You do get a 3-month supply, so the cost there is good. Drops are administered in liquids, not straight from the dropper to your system. Lukewarm water, Milk or Tea is the recommended application for taking this supplement, and considering the taste alone, you do well to use it in one of these carriers.The effects should be seen in a couple of weeks at minimum, four weeks maximum. That should be the tell all sign of its effectiveness or not.Overall, for the 3-month supply, it is a good value to that point.
