I think this is a great supplement to take. I was already taking some iron supplements, but this particular vitamin also includes folic acid which is great! You can't taste the vitamin, unless you were to chew into it, but I wouldn't know because I always swallow them. I feel a better peace of mind when taking this vitamin.

Its so hard to get all the proper vitamins in my daily diet so when a friend suggested these vitamins I was more than happy to try them. I'm so pleased with the quality. They have a comprehensive vitamin profile, are easy to take and are a great value.

I've used this supplement for a while now and according to my lab results it's working well. However, there is always at least one capsule that breaks apart in the bottle which leaves a messy powder everywhere!

My physician approved this for me for my hair loss of all things. I was taking them all separately. I was told this would be beneficial to me.I love that!

The smell when you open the bottle was so overpowering it triggered my gag reflex immediately! I Had one, just one and could not force myself to suffer with gagging to take a vitamin.Threw a whole win the trash along with all the money I spent on it.Can not recommend it, many other out there without this nasty smell and taste.

I love that these are a vegan iron supplement! Biggest plus side is that they don’t upset my stomach like most iron supplements do. Would absolutely purchase again.

So I'm not 100% sure on the effectiveness so I'll assume it's working as my blood work came back perfect but these things REEK. They will stink in the bottle, in the weekly pill organizer (and LINGER) , and in your mouth. I have to quickly down them with coffee and hope it doesn't touch my lips or tounge. Not my favorite if I'm honest. I think I'll go back to the bariatric vitamins I was taking.
