18 sweat compression garments later.... A M A Z I N G !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hand DOWN ... amazing !!!! I have gone through countless sweat compression garments and my main problem was that they would not go down far enough to that MOM POOCH... COME ON YA'LL !!!! 3, TEN POUND boys, a c-section gone bad... I developed a SINCERE MOM POOCH.... that "blap" that MOST OF US REAL WOMEN can relate to.... So many compression garments compress etc.. but they don't extend long enough to come to the top of the hips to cover that GOD AWFUL Lower ab MOSTEST TROUBLE SPOT EVERRRRRRRRR (lol.. I'm trying to make a point here).Previous Problems I have had in the past:1. 3XL fits my 11 year old son2. the material is thin as ever3. it rolls up when moving a lot4. after washing it frays at the seams until it comes apart5. Not long enough to compress that mom pooch.6. bunched up in the back area (contributing to me looking like a sack of potatoes)7. Didn't give enough compression8. Didn't truly make me sweat.9. the opening that attaches never stayed put.10. Was not comfortableI DIDN'T HAVE THESE COMPLAINTS AT ALL with this item. I am 5'5 235 pounds I gain my weight in my belly, boobs and legs, so finding something that worked with my boobs, back fat and lower mama pooch has always caused me a great dilemma. But THIS LADIES is the vest is the one you can put your headphones on and get sweaty and jiggy wit' it. I ordered the 3XL (the straps were a bit loose on the shoulder area because I have a short torso.. quick fix: pull it down farther) and I can connect it at the first hook, therefore as I wear it more often I can gauge real weight loss by tightening the hooks (there are three rows) The hooks are sturdy and thick. I can't wait till the next few weeks of sweating extra with my new vest with the warmer weather !!! Summer here big mama comes !!! At first I thought my only issue was that it was too big but then I realized, I know exactly what real neoprene feels like and no part of this vest feels like neoprene. I looked at the details of the Amazon description showing that it's 80% neoprene but then upon looking at the tag on the inside of the actual vest it says 100% polyester.

I am a size 8 comfortable. Normally, this puts me in a size medium but I took everyone's advice and ordered this in a size small. Soooo glad I did. With the small, I can comfortably wear the middle hook. Hoping it won't be too much longer before I can go down to that third hook.This belt does what it says it will do which is make you sweat around your mid section. What's really cool about it is you don't feel like you're sweating a ton but when you take it off - especially after a work out - bam! Sweat. For us tall girls, its also very handy as it covers your full mid section all the way down to that double damned muffin top God has cursed us all with. So yeah - good stuff.I would caution anyone who hasn't worn this before on a couple things.1. Its a bitch to get on. I step into it and tug it over my hips but I also don't have wide hips. Still a struggle. Getting it off is also super fun but that's par for the course with this type of product.2. It does have a smell to it. Its pretty strong but it comes with products like this too so it wasn't off putting to me. Just expect it. After a few washes - it goes away.3. There is not way to wear this under any kind of form fitting top without it being seen. It's not shapewear and actually adds a bit of bulk to my stomach. I wear it only to work out tho so not a big deal.4. the straps are long. This was great for me because i'm 5'10 and usually have the opposite problem but for the shorter girls, consider yourself forwarned.

Thought it would be harder to get on.. i was very wrong! Super comfortable fit, hooks are easy to use.

I like the design and it fits really comfortable...i lost a lil more weight before it came so i have a lil extra room but its cool...i love the fact IT COVERS MY ENTIRE BELLY...i have a low pouch that normally hangs under other waist trainers this one holds it all together..

This thing is amazing! Fits perfectly! I've only had it on for about 20 minutes while doing housework and I'm already sweating under the vest! It's very snug (as it should be) and took a couple minutes to get it on (as all neoprene vests do). It's undetectable under clothes and the material is comfortable to wear doing every day things! I can't wait to try it out while actually running and exercising!

I love it!! It is very sturdy. It’s more than I expected! They do come true close to size but on the larger side normally with waist trainers you have order a size larger but with these you do not. I ordered the wrong size and the company was very helpful sending another one out ASAP! Great customer service goes a long way! Life customer now you’re stuck with me.
