I ordered two black replacement cartridges from Greenbox for my Canon printer. The first one worked great, the 2nd one not at all. Greenbox responded to my return question within 5 minutes, telling me just to send them the purchase order number for full replacement and that I did not need to send the other one back to them. I sent them the number and within two days had the replacement.Greenbox has outstanding customer service which should make Amazon very proud to represent them. I will now use them for all my ink cartridges! standing behind your product say's it all.

First cartridge lasted a couple of pages then after a week or so of non use it started streaking bad. I tried the printhead clean function numerous times, printed numerous test pages, only slight improvement. I removed cartridge from printer and cleaned the newly splattered ink out of the printer.. reinstalled, same streaks. Aligned the heads, no improvement. Gave up on #1 and installed #2, minor streaks right off the bat. Didn't use printer for a week, then today bad streaks just like #1. Amazon says return window closed 10 days ago. booo. Not happy at all. Get the real deal from Canon, never had a problem with them.

I installed CR240XL on Pixma MX472, and it works this time. At the first print out, the text and lines were misaligned and showed wavery pattern along the paper feed direction. After running the Printer Properties/Maintenance/Printer Head Alignment utility in the Microsoft Word print function, the wavery pattern problem was resolved. The text printout is comparable as the printout using OEM cartridge. However, straight lines of table along the paper feed direction appear thicker than those straight line across the paper feed direction as well as the printout using OEM cartridge.

Purchased a double pack for my Canon MX470 printer. There are streaks in the print, and I've wasted both ink and LOTS of paper. Contacted Amazon and chatted with James. He suggested I take out the cartridge, wipe the ink injector with a cotton ball soaked in warm water, then wipe with a cloth. I did that and it worked... until there was about a five minute pause in my work. When I commenced printing, the problem came back. This means to me that I have to go through this process every time I have to use my printer. Don't think so! I still want my money back, as I asked James at the outset.

Little to no drop-off in quality of solid blacks and vivid colors with these replacement ink cartridges, and at a significantly lower price than the original manufacture pricing!

One works, the other does not. I bought these 5 months and kept it beside my printer in its original unopened box. Today I needed to replace my ink catridge. First one Intried could not be detected by my printer. I tried cleaning contacts with an eraser several times. Still did not work. The second one worked ok, like original. For the price of having only one working, I should have just stuck with oem.

Ordered April 29 2018. Arrived on time. Been in desk draw till now (NOV-28-2018) about 7 months. They work better (print) then supposed orginal's bought here at Amazon. Very happy as of now. (UPDATE 6-5-2019) just reordered. Great product great price

Seemed to run through a little more quickly then the name brand, but for the cost difference it was not issue. Shipped quickly and delivered on time.
