Having tried various ranges, these are the most reliable.I've only put 4 stars because I don't understand nor like what look like frills on them.

I've always used Tena but they have become so expensive. I decided to give these a try as they are somewhat cheaper. They fit very well ( xl) and they are very absorbant with no leakage. I will buy them again.

I got these because the claimed absorbency volume is so much better than that of another brand specifically made for men, and are so much cheaper. However, I did not notice when ordering that these are for a unisex use so the padding has a different distribution area that is not so right for me. Never mind, they will come in useful but maybe not so much in that regard because they fit too low below the waist to stay in place on their own. I don't regret buying them because I'm now more informed about this alternative to the more famous brand.Eamonn

For those caring for parents at home please note the design of these pads is much easier on the skin with no nasty plastic tab's at the waist which can irritate and in some cases dig into the waist line. The fit is easy on the circulation too, no grabby elastic at the groin area which is an important factor for circulation. The pad also holds up well for a period of extended sleep of twelve to fourteen hours. Highly recommend

My dad has just gone two wearing pullups he’s more independent and much more contented they don’t leak which is a big thing and he could be left without worrying about him not going to the toilet because we know that he’ll be okay . No leaks and very comfy and it doesn’t annoy him. Highly recommend. .
