Not working after a month
I purchased the product last month and have been using it once a week to fill a normal sized tub with water. I gradually noticed after the 4th use, that the chlorine smell in the water was not being removed and became more prominent over time. As of the last use, the filter was useless and did not perform its function at all. I am switching to Vitamin C tablets and looking for another more reliable filter.

NOT a water filter. May soften water but 0% of it is filtered.
This is essentially an extremely overpriced ball with large mineral balls in it. It doesn't show pictures of the insides for a reason... because it's literally a scam by calling it a filter. If you want to spend $65 on something that should be $20 and will lightly soften water go for it. But if you want filtered water, this is literally not it.
