Brilliant for mermaid and glass effect nails!!
Brilliant! You have to have patience to use this but if your good at nails and creative it's perfect! I applied a clear base coat add the cut up foil (foil comes as a strip) on to the tacky layer using tweezers, then applied two top coats! They look awesome! Highly recommend!!
