Nice Bulbs, Great Customer Service.
Updated 8-28-18Luno reached out to me regarding my problem with the bulbs I had purchased, they asked me to try another batch to show that the ones i had received must have been damaged or a bad batch. The new ones came and are working excellent, color is great and the light is bright and that's what the wife wanted so she's happy.I also wanted to point out that I was impressed by their customer service department, it's nice to see a company stand by their product and care about making sure their customers are happy.Original Review.I really wanted these to work but unfortunately on arrival, one of the bulbs were broken. I then installed two bulbs and within 30 minutes, one of the bulbs started to flash and then stopped working.... so now I’ve only got one more spare bulb to use and after installing that last one, both bulbs seem to be working but won’t purchase this brand again.

The Perfect Light Bulb
We have been using the Ecosmart CFL 100W equivalent - in BRIGHT WHITE. Everyone knows that Soft white is too yellow and Daylight looks like too commercial. It was time to go LED!For some odd reason, the Ecosmart Bright White LED color is much more yellow than the Bright White CFL bulb. So I was on a hunt to find just the right color. I learned up about LED lights, and found out what Lumens and Kelvin mean. Lumens is how much light will shine and Kelvin is the color of the light. everyone needs to figure out their sweetspot mixing up the 2 formulas.2700k is soft white and 5000k is Daylight. it was really difficult to find something in between.I tried a few different bulbs until I landed at the Luno 4000K 100W bulb, which was the perfect decision. they turn on to full brightness right away (1600 Lumens). The color is just what you are looking for.I must point out, that these bulbs are much larger than the other bulbs on the market - but doesn't bother me since I don't usually walk around holding light bulbs in my pocket!.To me, this bulb gets a 10 out of 10. i would highly recommend to everyone.

After a defective bulb, Excellent Customer Service by Luno took care of it!
UPDATE 11/13/18: After learning I was not satisfied with the original bulbs, the folks at Luno offered to ship a replacement order (and also in the different color temperature). This is EXCELLENT customer service and I give them an A+++ for taking care of the issue. I installed the new bulb and it looks great, and so far so good, it has lasted a few weeks. The Luno representative said they may have gotten a bad batch on the original order. Thank you LUNO.!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I installed on a circuit with a dimmer and within about 2 months it failed. At first it started flickering then after a couple weeks of that just died. Womp womp. Not sure if that's par for the course with these. The light color (daylight) is a little too "blue-white/flourescent" color but I bought the daylight color so my bad. I think I prefer a warmer tone indoors, especially in the kitchen where I had this. I have several more, will see how they stack up over the long haul.

3 of 4 bulbs failed within 6 months - EDIT: WARRANTY SERVICE
EDIT 2: Luno Lighting confirmed my order and is sending a replacement 4-pack at no cost to me. Once installed, I will see if the replacements hold up better than the horrible first 4-pack I received. Luno says I may have received a bad batch. I did not have to go through the warranty claim process outlined on their site. I encourage anyone else who received a bad set to contact the company about a replacement. The percentage of 1-star reviews, combined with the high percentage of 5-star, makes me think that I may not be the only person who received a bad batch. Good news, if you do get a "bad batch," you can contact Luno for a replacement without much hassle. I'll report back on the life of the new bulbs. If they make it to 6 months, they will have already doubled the life of the original purchase.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:Absolute garbage. Two of the bulbs in the four pack failed 3 months after purchase, after starting to flicker at the lower and upper end of the dimmer range. Those two failed within a week of one another. Installed the second set, began flickering 3 months later, and the third bulb failed completely today, six months after purchase. The fourth is flickering and will die soon. These were in a dining room, used about 3-4 hours per night, 7 nights per week. The package states that they have a 25,000 hour life. Assuming 8 hours a day (very generous) EVERY day of the week you get 1,400 hours, or about 6% of stated life.Absolute garbage. Will never buy Luno bulbs again.Found the site, lunolighting.com. Here's what you have to go through to get a warranty on a bulb (hint: not worth it):"• details of the failed Products; and for System warranties also details of other components used;• installation date and invoice date;• detailed problem description, number and % of failures date-code of failure;• application, hours burned and number of switching cycles;Where a warranty claim is justified, LUNO will pay for freight expenses. LUNO may charge Customer for returned Products that are not found to be defective or non-conforming together with the freight, testing and handling costs associated therewith."

Nice bulb but one died in 8 months, and another in 14 months
These seem like nice bulbs and work well, but I had one of four die after 8 months of normal use, and one of the smaller ones from the same brand died also. Then six months later another of the larger bulbs died. The manufacturer sent me two each of the bulbs, so I'm now even-steven on the larger bulbs and one up on the smaller ones. I hope they can get their reliability up--LED bulbs should last a long time!

Works well
The dimmable feature works well, although there is residual light at the lowest setting which may be due to the old dimmer I am using. One bulb burned out and they quickly gave me credit towards new onesexcellent service

Does not last as advertised
Bought in 2021, used less than 2 hrs per day, one bulb has died already. Advertised SAS product last more than 20yrs for usage for less than 3 hrs per.It will be a good quality if it lasts for more than 4 to 5 yrs like regular LED bulb. But, it's not.

Unreliable... Overheat and then stop working
Those bulb are bight but if you have then ON for too long they will overheat and shutoff which I have never experienced with other led bulb. Look like the heat sink is not well designed
