I got the 10mm version and it fits my man ear lobes or upper cartilage just fine. If its tight while sliding it on, you can stretch with a pen to keep the shape even.I wore it for a few hours comfortably and its a nice subtle style item.

Love this beautiful metal.
I wear three hoops of the same metal in each ear. This ear cuff really draws attention to the hoops. I also have a watch and bracelet in the same metal.
