My grandson, 5 years, laughed and smiled as he repeatedly opened the card and blew out the 'candle'. He loves dogs so that was a bonus!

My nephew loves dogs so I had to get this card for him! The graphics are super cute and colorful with a sweet variety of cartoonish doggies. The pop up feature works smoothly and the music element plays clearly and plenty loud. This card was opened many, many, many times and the batteries are holding up beautifully. The blow out candle detail is super cool and brought a huge smile to his face. This is a bit spendy for a birthday card, but it has the bells & whistles to make it worth it. Festive and fun, this card is a great option for birthday felicitations!

Cute birthday card with all the pups! The card is colorful and blowing out the lit candle (into the hole of the right side) works. A wonderful greeting card for a dog lover. I would order again.

A little on the expensive side.

I bought this to send to my brother for his 45th birthday. He opened it this past weekend amongst friends and he (and they LOVED) it. It was fun, festive, bright and tuneful. The blowing of the candle was extra fun!!Full disclosure, I blew on the candle multiple times before sending just to listen to the cheering!Will buy from them again.FYI it will cost a lot more (2x-3x at least) if you send this via post than a regular card because it it heavy

The sounds are the cheers of young kids from the sound of it, so probably best suited for kids or parents or grandparents. You also hear a dog barking, so the sound of kids and pets, along with the music and the lights.It works every time that it was opened.The candle on top of the cake in the front has to be blown on from the side, but it is marked so you can easily see where to blow on the candle to put it out and end the sound effects.It's a cute little card that the right person will love. Best for kids or those who have, or have had kids perhaps.

We always have birthdays and I have wanted to see what one of these cards was like. I like the card. It plays well. I love all the lights. I like that when you blow out the candle it also cheers. My grandkids will love this card. The music is loud and the lights are bright. I have had cards not be loud before so that is why is important. It comes with a nice iridescent-looking envelope, an instruction card on how it works, and another small card so you can write in it rather than on the actual card, and a sticker to close the envelope.
