I have never used a yoga wheel before but I am trying to build up my home gym with things for yoga, pilates and resistance training. This fits right in not taking up too much of my limited space. I haven't figured out all the exercises I can do with it yet but have used it after every workout to stretch my back and chest. It is super strong and doesn't bend or bow, stays in place- meaning it doesn't slide around under me. Gives a great stretch. Can't wait to try other exercises with it.

The fear I have of rolling on this thing is out of this world. Each time I use it, I tense up. I know, defeats the purpose. I've not given up and am finally getting use to it and capitalizing on its purpose. I've not used it for anything yoga as of yet, baby steps here. Plus, I totally wanted this for my back which Is now reaping the benefits from a good ole stretch. I'm happy with my selection.

I've slowly been building up my home gym since covid and this was a recent addition. This particular yoga wheel is light weight yet sturdy. I haven't quite figured out all the exercises associated with it yet but just from a back-stretching standpoint, it's great. I can't speak to durability all that much because it doesn't get a lot of use.In general though, I now have a few exercises items from WELLROX and I have been very satisfied with all of them.

Mine came with a tear so I’m sending it back for a replacement.

I ordered this hoping it would help me relieve stiffness and soreness in my back. It's been a helpful tool so far. The wheel is strong and rigid enough that I am not worried about breaking or compressing it with my bodyweight. The foam covering is minimal, which I like. It provides just enough cushion to make using the wheel comfortable without diminishing the effect it has.The wheel sometimes feels a bit large to me (I'm 5' 7"). It's still effective, but a smaller wheel would be better for lower back pain. When I want to focus on my lower back I put this aside and use a foam roller instead.If it does eventually fail/break, it will most likely start with the seam where the ends of the cushion meet. That said, mine hasn't shown any signs of wear yet and I do not take any extra care to avoid rolling over the seam.
