Solid product for the price
The bed came in two separate boxes. Boxes were damaged by the carrier and it was missing hardware. However, the company was very responsive and very easy to work with. They had new hardware in the mail right away. Instructions were very clear and Installation was very easy. It is far more sturdy than I expected for the price. I am also very impressed with how much weight it can hold (400 lbs top and 450 lbs bottom per instructions). Highly recommend.
