Good as a dog toy even better when I made it silent
First off, this is a kids toy marketed as a dog toy. Nothing about this toy will survive if a dog decides to chomp or chew on it. It is a great distraction toy for training sessions. It falls over easily if a dog smacks it with a paw. Once my dogs realized it was a toy and not an amazing ocean creature they pretty much ignored it.The music cannot be turned off but if you open it up it is easy enough to snip the wire to the speaker and silence it.Great as a distraction for training, not really a dog toy.

Battery Dies Quickly
Easy to use, hard & durable, and fun for the crawling babies. My nephew is obsessed, totally loves his crab & wants it on all the time. The only downside is the charge doesn't last long, so sad little boy when it shuts off or has to be taken away for charging. But a plus that it's chargeable & not having to change/buy batteries all the time. No volume control & a tad loud.

This is a toy for babies and NOT dogs
This is a human toy. It is not durable enough for a dog and the box only lists the use as for kids. This should not be allowed to be sold as a dog toy because it is unsafe and the recommended use does not include animals.

Great quality, but.....
Works excellent. I'd only recommend this if you have ONE dog. I turned this crab on and the second it moved, my two boys began to fight over who got to chase it. I passed it onto a friend's dog. As much as my boys enjoyed it, I enjoy them not squabbling more.

I would not consider this a dog toy
I would not consider this a dog toy. It is a child's toy and one that easily flips over. Not very dog friendly as it is plastic and if they bite it, it can break and cut them.

Not a dog toy
Got this for my pup but all he did was attack it. And it’s made of plastic so that wasn’t fitting for us. Gave the second one to my Grandson!

Bought for puppy
I bought this for my lab puppy and it is so much fun to watch her play with this. The only thing that I have found is that it will get stuck on a rug, the motion sensor does not pick those up and it works better on hard floors instead of carpet. If you have a playful puppy this is a lot of fun to have.
