We use it in our garage. It hangs about 9.5 feet from the ground, that is why we got the one with the reflector. It's well built and distributes the light. What's great about it is that it is plugged and can be moved around anywhere. We ended up liking it so much that we bought another one.

I wanted high bay lights for my 4800 sq foot shop. I installed 3 of these knowing it would not be enough light but just needing something so it was not total darkness till I figured out a full lighting solution. Way brighter than I was thinking. Probably add 6 more of the same light and I should be good. Far fewer than I was originally thinking.

Used these lights for a 13ft ceiling height in my garage 30x40. I have 6 total and makes your work area clear to see to dark spots in your garage.

Great output from these little things, nearly as much as my 250w lights with full size diffusers. Love the lower profile on these though and may use them in another part of the shop with lower ceilings where the larger units wouldn't be practical.As expected with LEDs they come on fast and full brightness. The diffuser makes them tolerable to look at without getting instantly blinded and making a good spread of light at about 12 feet up. Even has some good upward lighting for those of you lucky enough to have drywall in your shop.On top of all this the build quality is stellar with a cast enclosure with a locking hook and a backup safety cable. Pretty hard to go wrong with these.

So easy to install. My existing lights were hard wired so I just cut the plug off and wired direct. Brightened my garage up like never before.

I bought one of these to hang from a 15' ceiling above my work bench/drill press at my shop which is well lit but needed a little more task lighting in this area. Wow, what a difference it made, I actually moved it farther away from the wall after I saw the impressive beam angle and now it seemed to light nearly all of my 30 x 30 pole barn. I am now considering ordering 3 more and evenly lighting my whole shop very well and get rid of my old t5 fixtures. I am very impressed and will be checking out hyperlite brand for all my lighting needs in the future.

Put 2 in my parents garage really wish I could get a bunch more for my own and friends garages what a difference 2 in a single car is awesome 4 in a 2 car would be even better too bad amazon is sold out I hope they get more soon

Put 14 of these up in our 80x200 indoor riding arena. Absolutely perfect. You need the reflectors to spread the beam of light for larger areas.

I really like the covers in these. It displaces the light nicely. I have 8 of these in total in my 40x60 shop.I have 4 with covers and 4 without. Both are fine but the covers make the light a little easier on the eyes.
