Enjoyment was short-lived
I purchased this peeler as a gift for my husband. It looked very nice when it arrived, but the second time he used it the maple trim came off the handle. It was washed by hand, so it seems like it was just poorly made. Very disappointing.

Blade is rough and dull
This peeler does not cut smooth or easy, the cutting blade is made really cheap, it is rough and dull right out of the box, never polished or sharpened correctly.

Cheap popsicle stick handle
Very cheap quality. Wood handle is like a popsicle stick and is poorly glued on. One side wasn't even glued all the way and fell off before I even opened it.

Im not sure how this is much different they any other vegetable peeler. It look a little fancier, but I don't think is was really easy to use. The blade fell off the handle. I was able to put it back on, but it's just too bulky and will not be used.

Top quality
Definitely a top quality vegetable peeler. I don’t know why they advertise it as just a fruit peeler. It does both it is well-made. I am a chef I will be using this peeler
