Joico K-Pak Reconstruct Shampoo and Conditioner 1000ml duo

Wow!So I'm a lady in my early 50's that has always been very fortunate and spoilt with beautiful long thick healthy hair that I never treated well or appreciated until about 4 years ago.I had always literally washed my hair daily often twice a day, didn't ever bother to use conditioner and my hair didn't even know that treatments existed.I coloured it every 6/8 weeks (never bleach though) and probably had a trim about every 2/3 years then moaned constantly about how thick it was.I used every heated product on the market.I was a hair heated product junkie.Yet still my beautiful hair stayed absolutely beautiful.I constantly got compliments on how healthy and shiny it was and of course I would always respond with a complaint about how thick it was.Then 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare life changing neurological & autoimmune condition.For the first year my hair pretty much stayed the same but as the medications increased up to 13 tablet 4 times a day my hair started to lose it shine and luster.Very soon after I noticed my hair falling out in handfuls, suddenly my thick hair that I hated all my life was all that I wanted back.I was then diagnosed with an underactive thyroid gland too.Thankfully once I started on the correct medications for that (yes more meds) my hair stopped falling out, but its condition was horrendous.It looked and felt like wiry horrid straw.I was doing the best impersonation of a scarecrow!No amounts of conditioner or treatments made a jot of difference, it was hard work & heartbreaking.After 4 years of tears and hundreds of pounds on treatments, products and every single wives tale that I heard to treat damaged hair ect my new hairdresser introduced me to a Joico K pak treatment.In that one treatment in the salon my hair looked less like straw and started to resemble hair again.I've now had 3 treatments at the salon so I've invested in the Joico shampoo & conditioner to improve the condition.I promise you all it is literally like vat of magic liquid gold has been cast upon my hair.It has given it back all its bounce, its life & luster, no more dead straw hair for me.It smell absolutely lush which lasts from one wash to the next as I only wash my hair 3 times a week now.My hair has even got the start of a shine working it's way through.I'm starting to get compliments about my hair again.Yes it's a little bit pricey, but if you have tried everything and nothing else has worked, treat yourself & your hair and give it a go.You will be shocked at how quick and how big the difference is in your hair working it's way back to health.You wont be disappointed.When you work out the cost at just under £40.00 for both litre bottles of shampoo & conditioner it's really not to badly priced.You only need a little of each, I have purchased one litre pumps for the bottles as I tend to use to much when I pour straight from the bottles, so I'm not going to be wasting the products.But I'm worth that expense & my hair most definitely it too.Thank you Joico.Thank you!

Fabulous product I can only describe it as an excellent antibiotic for your hair. Leaves hair looking fabulous and much easier to manage and style 😊

Great shampoo and conditioner Highly recommen

Brilliant stuff. I first used it in my salon and then found it on Amazon at a great price. The big pump bottles are perfect for taking a shower. No more lids to try and flip or unscrew.

Usually we are advised to only buy from salons. This one is making my hair thin and fall out. Question is is this the genuine product?

Having recently bleached my hair it was very damaged and rough feeling, it was dry and limp and something really needed to be done! I have worked in a hairdressers in the past and found that this shampoo does wonders when your hair is in bad condition. The price was competitive, and the product only took a few days to arrive. One of the bottles was leaking on delivery but only a minimal amount, very happy!
