This is a high quality large porcelain mug for the Boss Lady in your life. Besides being empowering, it’s adorned with jewels that have a lot of sparkle that are surrounded by an attractive shade of gold. Most women like anything that sparkles, including my boss lady.She did love this mug, by the way, and appreciated my sly sense of humor, but she does hold equal weight in our household. This mug is unique and is larger than I expected. It comes with a lid and is lead free, which is a huge plus.The jewels are raised so it gives the mug a non-slip component, however, it should be hand washed because of the jewels.The packaging is great and there is a gift bag included. My only complaint is that the lid doesn’t fit in the box, so it makes gifting a little awkward if you want to wrap it. You’ll have to get creative. If Luspan made the box an inch deeper, the lid could be placed in the bottom under the mug. Not to take away any stars for that because this is a very attractive mug that is solid and has weight to it. It looks elegant and does not feel cheap. I can still recommend it as a gift.

The mug is larger than one's typical size but is comfortable to hold. Given the jewels it should be handwashed. It holds the temperature well. Elegant gift for the price.

My wife's coworker was promoted to the position of manager, and she wanted to get her a simple gift as she transitioned to being her boss. This is something that fit that description perfectly. What better than a cup? Checked the print and quality before giving it away, and everything was good, no chips, flaws, or otherwise.

Loved the design and graphics. Nice soft color palette. Holds temperature of drink well. Arrived in a ripped box, like the cup and lid were jammed in, the lid and cup were chipped (shipping box was in good shape). Beautiful enough to be giftable, but considering it arrived in less than perfect shape I wouldn't chance it.
