Q: Iv had trainers from this brand before in a size 5 should i get 4.5 or 5

Hi, I take a size 4.5 in Clarks shoes and went for the 4.5 in these Karrimor ones. They are a perfect fit, I can wear a slightly thicker sock in them or a slim pair of socks. The size 5 for me was far too big. Hope I've helped.
