I always try and use unrefined sugar in my tea or coffee, when cooking or baking and this is my go to product. However it is sometimes difficult to get hold of and the price can fluctuate significantly which is frustrating. On this occasion I paid nearly double what I have on other occasions... supply and demand I suppose.

Good product - love this sugar but 1 bag had split so all of them covered in loose sugar and had to throw one bag away. Could have had more protective packaging.

No lumps or hard bits. Flows freely. Not as sweet as refined sugar - gentler in taste.
