Added protection against loosening/leaks
This is one element of finding the combination of products/techniques that solved the leaking problems I had initially with my ileostomy. The added support helps protect against pulling by clothing or the weight of a full pouch. Non- absorbent and quick-drying. I bought a second one to allow thorough washing, but sponging with a wet washcloth is nearly as effective to keep it clean.Be aware that this item works only with the Hollister appliances with matching ears for attachment.
