This amazing set completely blew me away and is fantastic. The packaging was absolutely wonderful. Each crystal was individually wrapped and carefully placed. All the crystals were amazing quality and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for a nice addition to their collection.

I love the aesthetics of the box --the ribbon, seal, and packing material make this item feel very expensive. Each crystal was wrapped in a clear protective wrap that is visually pleasing but still allowed 2 of the amethysts to arrive with chipped points.i reached out to the seller to see if I could exchange the damaged crystals and the seller promptly responded. All of their stock is in an Amazon warehouse and they have no access to it. So, I would need to create a return. Amazon won't ship a new one out until I mail the damaged set back to them. The problem is that I really love the crystals that are not damaged. If I return them, I have no guarantee that the new set won't arrive with the same issue. I just want to replace the two crystals that are chipped.Please know that these crystals are breathtakingly beautiful. I love the look and feel of them. The amethyst is among the most vibrant I have ever seen and the flash is spectacular in both the clear crystals and the amethyst towers. The pictures do not capture the depth of color in the amethyst. So gorgeous! The pyramid is just magical. The grid is lovely and came with a small medallion. I will give it to a friend since I ordered this set specifically for the rocks.The biggest issue is the return process. Customers have to acknowledge that they may be charged reshelving fees, may only receive partial credit depending on the condition of the return, etc. There is no guarantee that I will be credited back for the full amount that I purchased this item for because two of the stones arrived damaged and the packaging would be impossible to reseal to send back.I opened this package in good faith and expected the product to be in perfect condition. I spent almost sixty dollars on it and I think that was a fair price if every stone arrived sans damage. I plan on keeping this set because I love the crystals and don't want to return the whole set to replace the two that are damaged. However, I am upset about spending so much money for a damaged product and I am unsettled by the return policy.This would have been a 5 star review if the crystals weren't damaged or if I could easily replace the 2 crystals that are chipped. Adding a foam insert into the box to keep the crystals from clanking together during shipping would go a long way towards making this a truly amazing set.

Everything about this set is top notch quality. I felt so special just opening the box. It is so elegant. Each piece is so carefully wrapped. The presentation is phenomenal. This would make a stunning gift for anyone into crystals. You get a unique pamphlet that explains how to make your grids and lovely parchment type notepaper to write down intentions if you chose to use them. The leather grid mat is rolled and tied with a cord. The cord has a nice charm on it and if you do not like the charm, you could easily slip on another charm or beads that have a special meaning to you. Each crystal is individually wrapped so there was no chipping or breakage. All of the stones are of a generous size. I am beyond impressed with this set and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I was not expecting this set to feel so premium and luxurious. Everything from the packaging to the unboxing and the crystals felt of good quality. Crystals were wrapped very well and look amazing and clear. The amethyst is a deep purple and polished very precisely.I love the little wish cards that look super cute after writing on them. This set is certainly pricey but I think for the experience and what you get, this could be a very thoughtful gift or splurge buy for meditation.
