Fits the Need
I really like how the two parts of the spigot are controlled easily and independently. I have a drip system timer attached to one part and my regular garden hose attached to the other. Both are accessible and convenient.

short threads!
Love the versatility of double spigot. Installation to the water line was not an issue, but the spigot threads are very short for the garden hose. Washers alone didn't do the trick, so I had to use the tape on those short threads to stop the leak to the hose and hose splitter.

Easy installation. I can install a hose and have free flowing water from the spout. Much better than unhookimg the hose for free flowing water.

Two independent outlets, no need for a clumsy Y connector
I like the two independent outlets deign. I use one for the garden hose and the other for the irrigation timer. No more Y connection and the set up looks really neat. Additionally, the outer outlet is pointing downwards as opposed to a 45 degree angle. This design reduces the water splash comming from the ball valve.

It's a good double faucet that comes with washers and plumbers tape. Work well and it's convenient to have 2 outlets. I recommend this outdoor faucet splitter.
