Kept me warm all winter. Shuts off if tilts and has variable temperature settings knob.Cons. Noisy fan and tilts very easy but not a problem for me.

I received a full refund.So many companies just walk away after the sale thank you for providing excellent customer service and standing by your product.Who wants to buy a heater and 3 months Later it stops working. Went out to outside laundry room and this thing has already stopped working. Would not recommend since it only lasted 3 months.

The KB Milkhouse Heater (no longer available): i used it appropriately for less than 90 days and a piece melted on the inside and it now rattles around inside; the hearer no longer turns on. I haven't found a way to contact the seller, other than Seller Feedback, which i submitted.

This is a good heater and puts out a decent amount of heat. The fan is very quiet, just a low hum that's actually quite pleasant. There isn't much or any difference between the 1300 and 1500 settings so why even bother but the fan only setting is nice. I like to turn the heater down to fan only for a minute before shutting it off to cool everything down inside.

This is my second space heater. We had our first one for many years before it gave out. We use the heater in our travel trailer when we are camping. It does a great job keeping the temperature just right…and not too hot. It goes off and on by itself throughout the day and night when the temperatures are cool.

This worked well for a while but a few days ago our cat room was really hot and we couldn't use the thermostat knob to get it to shut off. Had to cut it off. The heat control does not shut it off at all so we had to install a different heater. Would not recommend.

Classic milkhouse heater with enduring characteristics. There are many iterations of this available, each with slight variations.Likes:-- This one has all textured paint throughout the metallic parts. It is much more durable, thicker, and more scratch and corrosion resistant than just a thin layer of smooth paint on many of these. The side band is also mad eof metal, instead of rubber or plastic on some cost saving designs. The design is classic and material is great.-- The fan only draws about 15w at the plug, which is surprisingly efficient. It is also fairly quiet as it doesn't seem to run at very high RPM. -- Tip over protection is available and works.-- Other milkhouse heater design benefits, such as sturdiness, thermostat located at the bottom so it doesn't get warm even when the fan stops, portability and looks, etc.-- Seems to be all metal connection save the dials and feet and some minor part. Even the handles are metal and it completes the classic look.Caveats:-- The quality control of this heater isn't as great. The box is also just a layer of cardboard right outside the heater with no padding except the bottom. I had seen two samples. First one arrived completely crushed and had to be exchanged. The second one, while the box also suffered some shipping damage, the internals were mostly in tact. However, there is still a huge ding at one lower corner of the heater, which isn't possible through the box and foam at that location and had to be from the factory. There are also some pretty deep scratches and scuff marks on the paint, even with the textured paint it isn't as obvious. While the mode selector is fairly clicky, the thermostat knob is scratchy at one end and a bit too loose at the other. While the design and material is fairly good, the manufacturing quality control leaves a lot to be desired.-- The heater only draws at the plug less than 1100w at the 1300w setting, and only 1181w at the 1500w setting. There's not much difference between the two settings of only about 100w difference between them. Despite its relative large size, it really is subpar when it comes to heat generation especially compared to modern PTC ceramic heaters, which can generate close to rated heat at a smaller package. It's inherent to a legacy coil design, however. You do get these for the retro looks.-- The fan isn't very strong. It has only two blades, again true to milkhouse design. The grille and coil also disturbs the airflow, so it doesn't blow the air very far, but more like a pocket of hot air in the vicinity in front of it.-- I find the logo very distracting and takes away from the retro design theme.Overall, it's a good iteration of the milkhouse heater theme, true with nearly all metal construction, and thickly textured paint. It also inherently has somewhat middling heat generation due to the nostalgic coil design. However, the poor packaging which resulted in damages and somewhat lackluster quality control proved troublesome; but maybe an exchange or two can fix that.

The first one they sent was smashed in on the back, but they got the replacement to me really fast, and this thing works great! Heats up fast, the fan blows nicely, and being able to switch between the two wattage levels is a power saver. The thermostat also seems to work better than the last heater I had, which was a very similar but poorer built version of this I got from Walmart.
