As advertised, the product is a great option to improve your productivity over a two monitor setup. The flexibility to use the entire screen vs parts of the screen for carrying out multiple tasks is unparalleled.Apart from all the pros, below are the small hiccups I encountered- I wish the curve to be little more. If you like sitting close to the monitor, it is little hard to read texts at the very edges of the screen.- USB upstream is version 2.0 only, so if you have a 3.0 cable, it will not fit.- no usb B cable provided with the monitor.

After opening and switching on the monitor I found the internal LCD film is damaged.Immediately I called amazon customer care for return/replacement. The customer care agent said it's LG's responsibility to repair the product.After some back and forth call with LG service center they told me on call they will not repair the product. When asked for the confirmation in mail, the service center refused to give me denial of service or any unable to repair document.Then I called the Amazon customer care again he asked for formal proof of denial of service.Now I am stuck with a very expensive broken monitor.Note: the monitor has 3 years of warranty.Please suggest me next steps I can take.

Use full editor and pc work only

I wanted a 49 inch 32:9 monitor and thought it's the best mid level option.Picture is crisp. 240Hz really shines through. Yes, it can really help with productivity too. I use PowerTous FancyZones to use the massive screen effectively.I believe you should also be able to plug in two computers to it and display them both. I haven't tried this yet.Only issue is, the product description says it has speakers, it doesn't. It does have a 3.5mm jack to earphones, but the earphones mic won't work, it's probably only an output port.

Lg monitors are worth buying .. nicely delivered by the sender ( cmp online ) . Received this monitor before time and it’s a happy buying for me . I will surely recommend u ppl to buy 😊

Seller write that monitor have 2 speekers of 10W but company didn’t provide in-build speakers with them so it’s misleading. Otherwise product is good and have very good experience

U r getting 5k res, 144hz refresh rate with ips color accuracy & a massive size.. what r u waiting for.. go for the 49Wq95C-W...
