Nice Product Design, does what they are supposed to do.
Full disclosure, I have hearing loss and wear hearing aids. Losing your hearing is terrible and you don't know how much until it's too late. Ringing in your ears after a loud concert or other high volume exposure? That's part of your hearing saying "buh-bye." And one of the sad things I've learned is that once you've lost hearing, you are at increasing danger of losing more -- from lower and lower levels of sound exposure.Every once in a while I find myself in a situation where I should not only turn my high-tech hearing aids off, but should also use earplugs for added safety. Let's say I wish I'd had these very earplugs at a concert I went to about a year ago for a well-known jazz performer. Why 5 or 6 musicians playing jazz, mostly ballads, should be amplified to such an extent that my ears rang the next day is beyond me, but I digress. I also play cornet (like a trumpet) and have been looking for ways to reduce sound exposure while practicing. These earplugs are nicely designed, and I found them very easy to insert into my ear canals, and a long pull tab makes them easy to remove. The soft silicone material was very comfortable over the time I left them in. I haven't had a chance to try them in a venue yet, but did try playing music through a sound system as well as my horn, and found they did indeed reduce the decibel level significantly. Unfortunately, I'm not really able to speak to whether they maintained the acoustic qualities while reducing the levels. My hearing is not good enough for that. I intend to try them in a jazz club soon and see how the music quality sounds with these earplugs and no hearing aids. Finally, from a practical standpoint, I do like how they are bright orange. These are exactly the kind of product this is easy to drop or roll off the table and can otherwise be difficult to find. The package comes with two sets of earplugs -- nice if you are with a friend. From appearances, they should be quite easy to clean. A nice bonus is a small metal carrying container with a screw off top which will hold one pair.

Cheaper alternative to other earplugs
These block out a good amount of the excess noise for concerts but you can still here the band - your ears just don't ring afterwards. The fit is better than the cheap orange throwaway ones and for me at least, that leads to better sound isolation and better quality sound reaching your ears. I really love the case. It is small, well built, and easily clips to a keyring - great for always having with you. Hearing is important - protect yourself!

Perfect for concerts
I have to admit, when I pulled these cheap plastic plugs out of their container, I didn't know how they were going to work while I was front row at a 3 day festival. Now, after the fact, I still cannot tell you how they work hanging out on front row at a 3 day rock music festival, but they do. They kept the noise from piercing my ears and causing hearing issues afterwards, but I could still hear the music and performers well. They were easy to pop in and pull out when talking and in between performances and when we walked around. The canister has a key chain ring on it, so I was able to attach it to the outside of my bag for easy use. I did drop one once during the 3 days, but its because I put them in my pocket instead of the canister (so don't do what I did) but because it was bright orange, it was super easy to spot. I didn't know I needed these at concerts until now.

Good value, nice concert earplugs, less useful for musicians
YSIAN High Fidelity Concert Earplugs, Reusable Musicians Ear Plugs, 23dB Ear Protection for Music Festival, Raves, Games - 2 Pair OrangeMy partner, a drummer in a garage rock band, used these on a recent 6-week tour. He's been meaning to invest in some expensive earplugs for playing, but hadn't pulled the trigger, so thought he'd give the cheapies a try and see how they did. For playing, they're decent, certainly better than nothing or standard ear plugs, but not ideal. They do block the dangerous high end, but aren't clear enough with what he's listening for to be ideal for playing. However, for the price, they're very nice for concert ear plugs. They have a nice case, too.

Handy to keep in my purse
When life gets a bit too loud, these are handy to have. I have many neurodivergent family members, so these get used quite often.

Certainly not high fidelity
They do a decent job at noise cancelling without making everything inaudible, but the character of the sounds around you is very poorly preserved. Worth their money for casual use in noisy environments, but don't expect much.

Great for concerts.
So, I wasn't to sure what to expect with these ear plugs. I bought them because my partner and I were going to a lot of concerts recenty and I didn't wanna blow out my eardrums lol. To my surprise, these worked very great at the concerts I attended. I was still able to hear the music but without all of the loud noises that hurt your ears. Comes in a very nice, metal carrying case. I really like these and carry these in my backpack everywhere I go.PS. These didn't hurt my ears after hours of wear.

Saved my hearing working in a haunted house
I'm a scare actor for the first time this year. It was recommended I wear earplugs in the house because it's a small space. There are special effects noises, actors yelling and screaming, and of course, the patrons yelling and screaming. But I needed to be able to hear audio cues that patrons were coming into my room. These earplugs work great! They reduce the loud noises so my ears aren't ringing by the end of the night. I can still hear the audio cues, and I can have conversations and hear the other person clearly. They're also comfortable. I forgot I had them in until I got home.I love that they're reusable. They should last me the whole haunt season. And having a second pair is great in case I lose the first.Overall, they are wonderful.
