Written clearly and concisely and a great guide for anyone who may lack confidence in social situations.Most of what Patrick describes is 9nnate in many of us; however, it does no harm to be reminded, in order to refocus the sense. A very good read.

Absolutely loving this author's work. I downloaded a few of his books and I have to say he really knows his stuff when it comes to talking, small talk and other, social skills and interacting. I took notes while reading this and cannot wait to re-read!
