The order took forever to arrive, and then there were only 2 bottles instead of 3. I feel like an idiot rolling it on my head every morning because hardly any liquid is dispensed with the roller. And why is it called Minoxi Roll-On when there is no minoxil in the ingredients?

This product falls short in a number of ways. No printed material for usage was included with the product. A printed section of the small bottle did have unreadable text in size 4 font or smaller. Turning the application ball on the bottler does not show any liquid material being released and so I am concerned that it is not working.

Took a long time to receive. Wondering why it shows it as Monoxi Roll On, and it also shows it as Roll On...I got the one that says Roll On and in the ingredient it does not show it as having Minoxi/Minoxidil. Trying it anyways to see what happens, hopefully I won't loose a more hair.

I will admit, I do no use this product religiously, but I do use it quite often and the results are sub par. There’s definitely hairs pulling up here and there and I will keep using, but overall it seems a bit like a dud. Crossing my fingers

I have used the product faithfully twice a day with NO Results. I did not receive NewhairX I would like a refund. Thank you.
