It gives you a greater respect for nature
Despite a "packaging" issue, "Elements Unite" is a great book. It is a simple and quick to read book and I enjoyed it. I like the water chapter and the concept of pouring a cup of water and reflecting on it and seeing it as "yourself". It gives you a greater respect for water and nature. In my perspective, "Elements Unite" is a book about how to tap into your spiritual side or how to connect with nature/God 101 for beginners. I recommend this book to anyone who is seeking spirituality and self-healing/self-improvement.
