A great entry level Caviar with smooth and subtle nutty flavours. Produced from the sturgeon species Acipenser Baerii, this is a wonderful introduction to caviar. Light and delicate in flavour with a lovely clean finish. Colour range is dark steely greys to charcoal black, and a medium sized grain, this is a superb entry level caviar.
