The ID of the end connection on these filters is too large. The aren’t a tight fit on element manifold and spacer on top. Allows debris to be recirculated to pool instead of being caught in the filter. Have always used Hayward in the past and never had this issue.

We replaced our old pool filters. These were perfect.
