These balloons are amazing... they look like molten gold was poured over a balloon 😍I also purchased and used qualatex chrome balloons in mauve in this balloon arch.Tip: Hold off on blowing these balloons up until the day of the event. Like all balloons, these oxidize once they’re blown up and exposed to uv light and oxygen... it’s all part of the process of biodegrading. It’s what they’re supposed to do, but it does cause the balloons to lose their shine. If you do have to blow these balloons up ahead of time (as I did) keep them sealed in large plastic bags and store them away from the sun. I used extra large trash bags. If you are planning on using these balloons outside, treat them with a product called “balloon shine” (available on amazon). It is a silicone based balloon protectant that you polish balloons with after you blow them up. It sounds tedious but it’s actually a pretty quick process and is super worth it when you’re using metallic or chrome balloons.

I purchased these balloons to make a balloon backdrop for my daughter's birthday. While they were a beautiful shade of gold, there was something clearly wrong with them. When inflating them (not over-inflating them), about 30% popped! Additionally, some just spontaneously popped after being inflated. I tried under-inflating them and this helped a bit, but the color was not as good (and they were obviously smaller in size). Qua latex is a good brand, so I don't know if it is something about this style (Chrome) of balloon or if it was just a fluke, but I was not happy. Many balloons were unusable and it caused substantial problems for my project. If you do decide to buy them, I would buy plenty of extras!

These were by far one of the best metallic balloons I have purchased. They were exactly how they were described. I will definitely keep purchasing these items as long as they are available.

The best balloons ever. It’s exaclty color what I wanted. It’s chrome gold!! Not yellow, not orange, not something else, gold! They are expensive but really worth it. I would buy it again and again

These balloons are so beautiful! They’re the right kind of metallic gold- not yellow! Used them for a party, for a garland with black balloons, & they stood out so much!

I am glad we decided to go with these balloons. They were a little more expensive but definitely gave the look we were going for, for the reception.

The gold balloons were dull in color and same to burst very easily when inflating. I don't know, I'm convince I got old balloons. I used hi shine to give them a shiny appearance.

These are real Qualatex Chrome Balloons. They are sooooo pretty. It gave my balloon garland arch a Sparkle. I will be buying them again
