When I received the package the bottom section was opened.

I have used this great product for many years, but it is not always easy to find since Covid. Product is described as "4 X 28 disposable flossing pics". There are 28 total pics per package, so 4 packages should be sent if description is accurate. I ordered item & 3 days later, I received 1 package of 28. I contacted Amazon for missing items, Amazon arranged for replacement shipment, and new shipment included only 1 package again. I have returned items for a refund. Not happy!

While the actual floss heads are good, the product description is very mis leading. Description clearly states qty. 28 X4. Which means I should of received four packs of twenty eight. I received one pack of 28. Which means I spent $17.99 for one pack when I could of bought one pack from another vendor for $3.97.

The description for this order was for 4 packets of 28 disposable heads. I only received 1 packet.If I can get the remaining 3 packets I ordered, I will change the rating - as otherwise these are very good products.

I'm hoping it's just an honest mistake, but I paid $18.69, including tax, and only got one of these when it should have been 4. Seems rather shady.

Description says 28x 4 sets. Only received one set of 28. Not paying $15 for something that is $4 at Walmart.

Only received 1 of the 4 packs. Therefore it’s very expensive
